Biggest Victory in Polling History

Today’s Pew Research Poll has Romney ahead by 4%, while Gallup and Rasmussen have the race tied. Pew has Romney at 49% to Obama 45%, Gallup is tied at 47%, and Rasmussen is tied at 48%.  The Gallup data released today has Romney winning last week’s debate by a 70% to 20% margin, and “even Democrats rated Romney as doing a better job. . . Romney’s 52-point win is the largest Gallup has ever measured. Romney’s debate performance is also notable from the standpoint that U.S. debate watchers judged Obama the winner of all three 2008 debates with John McCain.”
